• • Winter Maintenance: Removal of dangerous snow and ice icicles from roofs.

Prices are base rates and include transport, chemicals, and necessary equipment.

• • Window/Facade Washing: 80–150 CZK/sqm
• • Gutter Cleaning: 200–250 CZK/m (linear meter)
• • Hourly Rate: Based on complexity (individual quotes, up to 30% discount for large projects).
